Request Account Removal

If you would like to remove your Pay Day Planning account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the form on this page. The Email field should be the email address you use to log in to PDP.
  2. Our support team will send an email to that address requesting verification that you would like the account removed.
  3. Once a reply is received, your data will be removed within 5 business days.
